Getting Started as an Individual
Create Your Account
Fill in your personal information to create your profile. Creating a personal iRatio profile is completely FREE!
Verify Your Email
Check your email inbox for an activation link. You can log into your account to resend the activation email if needed.
Connect with Your Employer
When you receive a request from an employer to join their team, you can either accept or deny the connection.
Participate in Reviews
Review peers and self work ethics. Have your voice and opinion heard.
Build Your Professional Record
Use your verified reviews to showcase your skills and experience throughout your career journey.
Setting Up Your Business
Create a Personal Profile
First create your personal profile, then register your business. Free for up to 10 employees.
Configure Evaluation Categories
Set up manager review categories and/or co-worker review categories for your business.
Add Positions
Create position types that your employees can be assigned to. Each position can have specific review categories.
Select Review Categories
Choose which review categories apply to each position to ensure relevant feedback.
Set Review Frequency
Define how often reviews should be conducted for each position (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).
Add Employees
Invite team members by email to join your business account.
Assign Roles & Positions
Specify each employee's role and position in your organizational structure.
Select a Reporting Manager
Assign a manager who will be responsible for conducting performance reviews.
Begin Conducting Reviews
Start providing structured feedback through our standardized review system.
Important
Once a review is left, you have 72 hours to edit before it's locked. Once a review is left, an employee has 7 days to dispute the review if they disagree. Once a review is disputed, the manager above has 30 days to resolve the disputed review.
